Do you test the boards for leaking prior to delivery?
Yes! Prior to packaging, each board is inflated for 72 hours so we can check for leakage and make sure that no deflation has occurred. This testing process allows us to guarantee there are no leaks in the board and that the valves are working properly before your board hits the water. If you believe your board was received with a manufacturer defect, please contact us ASAP!
