What does error 24 mean? How do I fix it?

Error 24 is a Motor Hall Sensor Error

The sensor within the rear hub motor is failing to read. Same with Error Code 23, there is an issue with the wiring running from the rear hub motor to the controller.

The Fix:

Error between motor and controller. Check the motor cable on chain-stay for damage. If no damage, test with new cable or plug motor directly into controller. If error persists, test with a new controller. If there is still an error, test with a new motor.
